Minimum Store Order: $75.00 is the minimum order excluding taxes, handling Fee’s and shipping!

Handling Fee: Product totals under $195.00 have a handling fee. The handling fee is not shipping! The fee is applied to cover the cost of the box, packaging material, credit card processing & labor costs. We strive to keep our prices competitive and orders under this threshold rarely cover the cost of packaging, processing & labor. The win-win solution for all parties is simply order at least $195.00 and the handling fee with no longer appear at checkout.

Free Shipping: Only marked items can qualify to ship free when product total is over $295.00! A qualifying item is marked with a free shipping tag. Only qualifying items may ship free. Approximately 100,000 of our listed products qualify for free shipping. The free chipping is via ground economy parcel service. Rarely are large, oversized items marked with free shipping! We reserve the exclusive right to change the items shipping status at any time.

Export Shipping or Freight Forwarders: We do not ship products outside the United States!

Parcel Shipping: Parcel shipping means small route trucks like UPS or Fedex. Not the large long haul semi trucks! The vast majority of our products ship via this method unless they are beyond the limits of these carriers. Also, some products are determined to not ship safely without damage through these parcel carriers which LTL freight is required or recommended. Packages with a large size-to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations. Parcel service weight maximum is 150 lbs, 108" in length or 165" in length times girth. The provided calculator does not figure dimensional weight or additional surcharges for oversized products. We reserve the exclusive right correct shipping rate calculations.

Freight LTL Truck Shipping: Freight means semi- long haul trucks! Freight carrier shipments are expensive and result in express customer responsibilities. The LTL drivers do not assist with the delivery, the are typically union and simply drive the truck between dock to dock. There is much to understand when your product is to be sent via freight carrier. Due to the high cost of LTL Freight returns and refunds are not accepted.

Completion of order is an express agreement that customer will pay National Supply Network, LLC any and all actual freight, associated charges or differences between the estimated and actual freight amounts.The actual freight along with any additional related shipping amounts become the sole responsibility of the customer regardless of our provided estimate and must be paid immediately upon notice or invoice.

National Supply Network, LLC relies on the information provided by the customer to ascertain true and actual shipping costs. Failure to provide the proper information can result in additional shipping costs, surcharges, carrier fee’s, class changes and storage costs related to your shipment. All orders via this website are calculated as a commercial dock to dock delivery! Contact us immediately if the shipping address is other than a commercial delivery dock!

It is your express duty to provide all related shipping information so that we can provide a proper freight estimate for the goods purchased. Excessive fees may result from your failure to provide the proper information regarding your shipping address. Required notifications: Residential delivery, no dock, no forklift, lift-gate needed, high density area, limited access area, island access, rural route, multi-level, high rise, gated community, security gate or stop, government facility or circumstances other than straight interstate and commercial dock delivery. Order Processing: Order processing may take 1-3 business days excluding holidays. Most orders received before 1:00pm e.s.t. are processed same day excluding weekends and holidays. We rely on off-site warehouses, manufacturers and other suppliers which may also have processing times. We strive to process orders quickly and most often the processing begins within minutes after the receipt of order. Your order may be in the process stage prior to seeing a change in the online status. The online status change is not in real-time! Once the order is processed, it's not easy to cancel, see cancellation policies if your order has been processed.

Shipment Time Frame: Our website provides a estimated shipping time frame which is not a guarantee of delivery date. If the item is urgent please contact us for an a more accurate delivery schedule. We strive to process and ship quickly. Often orders are processed quickly and on a truck within minutes of order receipt. Some orders may take several days before the processing is complete. The average transit time once shipped is 48 hours although we do not guarantee any processing or shipping time frames regardless of the chosen shipment type. Next day or second day only mean that we will requests our warehouse source to choose that shipping option once the item ships. Processing times are independent of shipping times. We are not responsible for any delays in processing or shippping.

Shipping Insurance: All orders through Safety Supply Network are economy based meaning no shipping insurance has been applied. It's the customers responsibility to notify us prior to order processing if they would like a shipping quotation which includes insurance. Once the package ships any related damage or lost shipment becomes the customers responsibility! All Refused or returned shipments are the customers responsibility see refused or return shipment section below.

Order Cancellation: Your order can be cancelled prior to the start of our order processing. Our processing can occur within a minute of order receipt so act quickly! We will make every effort to cancel even after the order has been processed but cannot guarantee a cancellation after order is processed. Safety Supply Network reserves the right to deny cancellation once we have started the processing phase. Please understand once that once an order has been processed it may be on a truck, already boxed, ordered with drop shipper or in transit. It may take up to 36 hours before we know if the order was able to be stopped! The customer is responsible for any fee's related to the cancellation like packaging, restock or return fee's, stoppage fee's, credit processing fee's Safety Supply Network reserves the exclusive right to deny order cancellation.

Refused Shipment, Damaged & Returns: A refused, damaged or return shipment are all considered the same. The customer is fully responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment along with any original shipping costs. See shipping insurance section as many of these types of shipments are lost or damaged. Prior authorization is required before any return. We must be notified and provide authorization within 24 hour of any shipment refusal or damaged shipment! Granted returns will be provided a RMA number and address for your return which may not be the address from which it shipped. It's not our responsibility to locate the package if you did not our return or refusal procedures! Too often the returned or refused product is lost within transit of at warehouse because no RMA was provided. The customer is responsible for inspecting the delivery for damage and notating all box or product damage. In addition, we must be also notified within 12 hours of delivery of any box or damaged delivery. Any signs of external damage you must notate with the carrier, refuse shipment and contact us immediately. Signature delivery is an acceptance the items have been received in good condition unless notated differently! Package is deemed in good condition if 12 hours expires after carrier delivery without signature. Delivery with or without signature is a transfer of responsibility! Once shipped the transfer of responsibility goes to the carrier which covers up to $100.00 in damage or loss. We recommend buying insurance on the delivery of your order, see insurance shipping section above. Your claim of damage is between you and the carrier not Safety Supply Network as the possession of goods has transferred to the carrier. Make sure the carrier documents all damage if you intend to not refuse shipment. Failure to no be available for delivery without signature or to not document upon delivery is with the customer. We can only assist with documented damage claims.

Shipping Estimates: Safety Supply Network uses an online shipping calculator which varies in accuracy. The estimated amount is used to give the customer a general expectation as to what amount they may incur based on a standard non-dimensional weight product. The calculator is reasonably accurate when small goods with a average weight to size ratio less than 75 pounds not exceeding 24 inches in length. You will be contacted if the product falls outside of the calculators ability to accurately determine shipping correctly. Freight truck LTL shipments have many variables that determine actual freight costs. The customer is responsible and obligated for all actual freight costs above the estimated value. It’s best to provide all location information for the most accurate rate estimated and we highly suggest contacting directly so we can shop for the best viable rate. Product Will-Call Pickup: We have over nine warehouses, manufacturers locations nationwide along with various third-party supplier locations and some stock items can be picked up at these facilities. Please contact us with the manufacturers part number, item SKU number, description and quantity and we can see if pickup is a viable option. Customer takes full responsibility of goods once the item is signed for at the pickup facility. Item may not be returned in the same manner as it must be shipped and follows the refused shipment & returns section above.


Actual Shipment Price & Customer Responsibilities: As per our expressly agreed shipping terms the actual shipping costs along any surcharges are the customers sole responsibility when ordering via Safety Supply Network! Safety Supply Network reserves the right the right to send invoices for any and all unpaid fee’s resulting from the order including any incorrect freight differences, fuel charges, class changes, liftgate charges, storage fee’s, limited access fee’s, dimensional fee’s, return shipping fee’s, delivery attempt fee’s, call ahead fee’s or any other related fee resulting from the customer’s order. These invoices will be emailed or mailed to the billing address which was provided. The customer is responsible for making Safety Supply Network paid in full regarding the order and associated costs resulting from shipping, lack of credit approval, credit card reversals, charge backs, collections, lawyers fee’s or any other related expense so to make National Supply Network, LLC paid in full.


National Supply Network, LLC and Safety Supply Network expressly reserves all rights concerning orders placed via this website, directly or any company storefront, including fax, phone or any contractual documentation.
